Issue changing old post titles and can I delete an old thread?

Sorry to bother you busy admins, but I cannot delete an old post in the traincase or change the title of the thread. Do I have the ability to do this or can only administrators perform these functions? Thanks a lot.

Staff members can do these things, if you would like your thread changed or deleted just PM one of us and we can move/change them however you wish.
