So I don't know if this is the right place to put this. I'm still new to the site. I have been ordering most of my MAC online because I live pretty far away from a store. Tonight I placed an order for Perfect Topping, Love Rock, and She Loves Candy. I should have just gotten them when I was at the MAC store last week, and now I'm definitely kicking myself. My issue is that I went through all the steps on the site like usual and it was all fine, until I got the email confirmation. Somehow there were two more different lipglasses added to my order. How does that happen? I haven't been on the site in a long time, and I didn't put those in my basket at all. I'm just wondering what I should do. I contacted them through the customer service online, but it said that it could be a few days before I even get a reply. Should I just call early tomorrow? I've never had an issue with an order before, so I'm just unsure what to do. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to look at this post!
