i've been practicing my blending! (+ new haircut!)

sooooo i've been practicing my blending and i dunno.. i think i got a little better!! also, i got my hair cut and highlighted (underneath the black.. so it barely shows.. just through the bottom layers) my hair used to be almost all the way down my back and now it's about 4-5 inches past my shoulders + tons of layers. what do you think?

and btw.. it's all a little faded cuz of a 10 hr work day
