Can anyone give me a makeup breakdown on this look. Foundation colour, brow colour, blush lips everything Thanks

It's hard to tell, because it's not a close up. From what I can see, it looks like she is wearing black eyeliner, spice color blush like Dior, a hint of pink pencil liner (Dervish by MAC) with clear gloss, and the e/s may be a champagne color (Bobbi Brown).

For the eyes, try Shroom or Phloof! (which is a little more white) on the browbone, extended down to the crease. In the crease try Wedge. For the outer 'v' and lashline try Carbon e/s (for night, Black Tied adds a bit of sparkle and drama). Blend, blend, blend, winging Carbon out just a bit on the lower lash line as well. Use Prep + Prime Lash as a base, then Plush Lash on lashes in Black. Add falsies for Jess' full lash look.
For cheeks, try Coppertone blush as a slight contour, with MSF Glissade as highlighter above the cheekbone. If you don't have Glissade, try a bit of your Shroom eyeshadow.
Lips don't look lined for this look. Instead, a bit of Plink! lipstick should give this slight pink hue. For more drama/shine, top with Prrr or Underage lipglass.
