Im trying to find a way to get these lips! damn so pretty!!!!!!!!!!!



and its not CYY at least not alone!

and these extreme red lips

They look like Candy Yum Yum and Russian Red, respectively.

I have both and nah...not that bright. I feel they might have used some kind of neon powder. I dunno :O but eyes loves its!

Been trying to find something similar, but most of the ones I've tried are too neon. I think they probably used some kind of pigment or specialist product to get those looks :/

What if you painted on those neon colors? Kryolan, I think. They're meant for eyes but it would definitely give you that BRIGHT look.
