I was applying to Mac Cosmetics and was told this site would be a great reference.
You guys were all great from your detailed demo recaps to your detailed video demos and random tips for better application.
I was way too hard on myself thinking man I totally blew it when in fact that was not at all the case. It was also very encouraging to come on this site and find someone who had felt the same way!!
I have my final interview with the manager of the mac counter I will hopefully work at and am very thankful for the collective effort every member has put in to this website.
I am technically an artist not a makeup artist but with all of your tips it wasn't very hard to relate the two for a successful demo.
I will for sure write up a detailed description of my demo for future potentials and am very grateful for all the posted advice.
