Katrina relief effort & Kanye West (split from WHO is Jesus?)

Kayne west is one of those people (and I KNOW im gonna be blasted for this so well-bring it on) that insist EVERYTHING bad that has EVER happened to anyone of the black race is because they are BLACK. END OF STORY.
*Please note sarcasm on the following few paragraphs*
Katrina happened because God hated BLACK people so God decided to send KATRINA to kill all the BLACK people. Could it possibly be due to the fact that the wind patterns happened to change? NO! It's because they are BLACK!
George Bush Hates black people because he didn't site a mandatory evacuation and black people are stuck in the superdome. Must be because GEORGE W. BUSH hates black people-while we're at it lets add Houstan TX to the list of people who HATE black people because they put many evacuees in the ASTRODOME.
NOW EVERYTHING is because THEY are BLACK. Could it possibly because they ignored warnings to leave New Orleans? NO! It's because their black! Is it because the news was screaming that it was going to be a bad thing once Katrina hit the Levees and if they burst it would be a mess? NO! Nobody warned them because they are black!
Jesus Christ. I'm sorry. Kayne West's excuse is pathetic. It's beyond pathetic. It gives valid reasoning of racism a bad name. It's people like him that give black people a bad image of always screaming about racism.
I will say this clearly and simply:
People like Kayne West are an EMBARRESSMENT to the hardworking, smart, intelligent black people who actually work their asses off for a living and not got lucky in the music industry

Oh gosh, who said that Houston hated blacks for putting them in the Astrodome? It was more like.... watching the news, omg, all those people stuck in a place without sewer and food and water...we can bring them here and possibly help them... Noone knew it was all black people, much less cared, Houston was sitting in awe, Houstonians love new orleans.

I just get amazed time and time again some people.
It's not just blacks either, it's white people too. But whites can't use racism, they have to use lawsuits over dumb stuff.

Yeah....its really a tough deal being born WASP: White Anglo Saxon Protestant (and straight) because you also can't have hate crimes commited against you either.

You know if there ever were two ppl who popped off about nothing it was Jesse Jackson & the OMG Xavier kids are stuck inthe dorms (b/c their admin evacuated to Jackson St. the yr before for Ivan & felt it was a waste of $$ b/c it turned at the last minute, so they wanted to save a few $$) I had to rent a fleet of buses to rescue them myself:roll:
& Mr. Kanye freakin suburbia West- he could have flown them all out if he wanted to, instead he just wanted to spout off so they'd buy his album & line his pockets. I haven't seen him down there for a second, how many houses did he help remediate? Health systems restored?

Edit: when I first saw aid in the thread i got all excited to explain humanitarian aid in iraq, & then it was katrina aid & i was like ooowee things are getting deep tonight, and now, to go talk about MAKE-UP!

I know! That makes me sick! I mean its like, all he can do is blame it on his race but he had the money-why didn't he do what Denzel and Bill Cosby did? Actually HELP? Hmmmmmmm that would require work. lol
