Well, you've got the facial expression down pat!

Otherwise, I'd suggest perhaps a little less color on your lower lids and I'm feeling like your lips are a little too pink.. just looked at some pictures of the doll really quick and it appears that his lips blend in with his skin tone.
I think you should fill in your eyebrows with a little more of a distinct "doll" shape; again if you look at pictures of him his are wierd and fake-looking.

And last but not least, I'm thinking you should add a little more shine to your skin, for that classy plastic-y look. And maybe a seam line where your head "attaches?" Haha, can you tell I love Halloween???

The lower lashline colour is actually leftover feline that i was too lazy to take off <_____<;

I had my lips totally nude at first, and i liked it, then I put chatterbox over it and it was like o_o; pink so i tried to fade it a bit, I will probably stay with the nudey lip though :3

To really get that Ken look, I would go for something that made my hair look fake like a wig and just concentrate on making the eyebrows look just like the doll with pencil. You have everything else. Oh, I would wear a shirt that said, "Ken" or "Ken Doll" on it. Some people just don't get a look know matter what you do.

For example, I dressed up as a blue genie one year and everyone thought I looked like the Easter Bunny. I just did not see it, but everyone kept saying it. It was weird.
