Kevyn Aucoin-Anyone a fan?

Kevyn Aucoin is one of my idols. I'm slowly collecting all his books but it's very hard to get hold of his make up in the UK. Something to get on any US visits in the future!

Yeah, I have 'Making Faces' and it's soooo inspiring. I just started reading up on him and learned he died in 2002. That made me so sad. Not only that, but how he died was just so heart-breaking. I sometimes get overwhelmed with how much hurting there is in this world.

I need to look up some of his other books.

I have a cream blush and one of the essential eyeshadow palettes. Both are very good quality, I just don't find myself reaching for either of them that often.

Ive only played with the products in Sephora. But im lusting over all of them sooooooo badly!

Especially the sculpting, and celestial glow powders. i was gonna get one of MACs sculpting shades, but then i rememberd i hate all MAC blushes/pressed powders

. So im gonna hold out for Kevyns!

I was also very drawn to his lipsticks (particularly Talula and Bloodroses) as well as the lipliners which seem imaculant!

I was looking at the sculpting formulas too. I would love to really know how to use them effectively.

By the way, it wasn't the Skin Enhancer which gave me a rash! Yay, got to keep my Aucoin stuff!
