Knight Divine turning blue on my olive skin?

Its supposed to be a grey with blue undertones, but on my C25/C40 skin, it turns completely into a navyish blue!! It looks horrible...I've tried it with Dovefeather under or bases under and I still have the problem. Any recs for a shade replacement or how to get it to stop doing this?

I KNOW! I am quite pale and using it under my beiging shadestick looks great at first. It's pretty much dark dark greyish/black.. and by the end of the day it turns navy blue

i'm an nc42 and i wasn't a fan of knight's divine. instead of being a true, smoky gray color, like i was hoping, it turned into a bruise-like blue/gray stain. anti-establishment worked much better on my skin tone. i think i even ended up selling my knight's divine.

don't you just hate that? I'm a NC30/35 and VELLUM is like yellowish/pink of me...when my MA tried it on her...It had a blueish tone to it

i've used a number of different bases to avoid it turning blue on me too...try sharkskin s/s to keep it dark
i think it may just oxidize or something, because i'm more a "neutral" undertone (nc-20), and God knows i'm not olive...

Both Knight Devine and Nehru are blue-based and need a strong base to keep them from turning blue...try UD Primer or something with a little more body than a Shadestick or CCB...possibly a Paint. HTH some!
