Leaving working for MAC for NARS

I've been working for MAC for 3 years, but lately it's just not what it used to be. The quality of people they hire , micro managers and no room for advancement, Is really discouraging me. I was thinking of taking a CM position in lord & Taylor's for NARS . Has anyone here worked for nars or lord and Taylor if so how did you like it ?

I just left a lord and Taylor counter I am not a fan of this store and how even if u are in Cosmetics they will pull u to fold clothes and stuff the credit cards you have all the sales
