Light foundation for a NC37

So, I'm looking for a very light foundation (lighter than my skin). I was thinking of buying Manic Panic's Vampire's Veil pressed powder but I don't know if the quality is very good. Anyone have any experience with it? If they're not very good I was thinking of buying a MAC foundation in NC20 or something like that. Any suggestions?

What is the end goal you're attempting to achieve? I would suggest against the MP powder, just because the quality is generally spotty with this, and white powders tend to look very splotchy, particularly when used on medium and dark skintones.

If you can give us what your end-goal is appearance wise with this, we can probably better suggest something.

I want my skin to look doll-like. Sort of a porcelaine effect without looking like a vampire.

Would this be for everyday wear, or for special occasion use? Are you looking for something just for your face (masklike appearance) or which you could use on your hands/body as well?

It would be for everyday use, it'd be great if I could blend it into my neck and use it on my hands, but not my body.
