Lip pencil for NC30 / Cream O Spice Cremestick

I'm looking for a neutral lip pencil that would look natural on NC30 skin. Just something that lipstick or lipgloss could hold onto, without making any specific shade of the product on top of it too prominent.

AND/OR..

With my coloring, Cream O Spice looks weird. Too brown/orange, I think. Just not what I was looking for. Is there something that would look good over it, possibly make this work for me??

Have you tried Beurre Creamstick Liner? How about Stripdown l/l? Beurre is more pink toned, but on NC 30 skin (I have skin that fluxes between NC25-30 depending on how tan I get) it looks really nice, not chalky, since it has warm undertones to it. Stripdown has the nice neutrality of Spice and Cream O'Spice, but no orangey tint. HTH!

Also wanted to add, if you want to make Cream O'Spice work, just use a nice gloss like Purr to warm it up and add some pink tones to it.
