Lip Plumpers - do they work?

There are so many of them on the market now, and a lot of them quite expensive. Can anyone recommend or comment on them?

They do work temporarily, yes. They sting as they are applied and the active ingredient is an amino acid - L-Arginine which has the effect of making the blood vessels in the lips dilate which makes the lips swell.

They will work but they also sting or tingle.
