I believe Heatherette was a special launched by itself. IIRC it was a very limited release as part of the promotion for the Heatherette brand.

Blue Eve was from Eden Rocks in mid 2001. I can't tell you what colour it looks when worn because although I have it, I've never used it!

i remember selling a blue eve lipstick a long time ago and the girl told me it's not blue on the lips...its a nice color in terms of making other lipsticks change colors.

Was Heatherette for the designer Heatherette? I was under that impression but could be mistaken.

I know there was a l/s called Blueberry Fizz but it doesn't go on super-blue - more like a sheer colour. In fact, it reminds me of UD Frostbite l/s which does the exact same thing.
