I use it eveyday but it looks like there's still a lot left in the tube but the brush is all clumpy and when I get stuff out it's all dried up. Is it time to get a new one already? I've only had it for a month

I actually dip mine out of the tube on to something else (Plastic palette) and then apply it with a makeup eyeliner brush. It gives a more precise controlled line as opposed to the brush it came with,.. and the time the tube is open / product is exposed to air is also a lot less. If it has been less than 30 days you can prolly return it with receipt? If not you may wanna get a new one and try dipping it out and recapping it tightly after each use.
