Maybe this sounds strange (I'm still shy about posting) but

#1 Has anyone else used the Liquidlast brush to apply Fluidline?
Lately, I find myself reaching for the brush from what appears to be a too-soon-dried-out Liquidlast.
At least I'm using the brush, which I find works extremely well on the waterline & for tight-lining.(OGoddess! I LOVE tightlining!! >

grrr....I LOVE LL....I have about 10! eek! But the only ones which become difficult to use are my *most frequently*-used, PointBlack I guess, no Mystery here, then.

#2 How long should a LL last before becoming goopy or -dried-out anyway??
(I bet this ?? is answered in other posts, & I will search later, when I (hopefully) have more time.

#3 What's your favorite brush to use with Fluidline (think economical)

Thank You So Much, & wishing everyone a beautiful Day!

I don't know that it's necessarily so economical, but I swear by my 263 brush. It's exactly like the 266 angle brush, except that it's synthetic, so it applies fluidline really smoothly.

My fave brush for Fluidline is actually this tiny angle brush by TheBalm that I picked up at Sephora for only $5!

Actually, here is is: Sephora: TheBalm shadyLady Liner Brush: Eyes

Its called shadyLADY brush &it has a super short handle which makes it really easy to work with. I like it better for Fluidline than any other brushes I've tried, including the 208, 209, 263, 266 and an arced liner brush from Smashbox.

i love the fluid lines and was using the 266 brush , but i used a lipbrush from a japonesque brush set one day and it is the most amazing brush to use, my line looked perfect, its the brush set in a cylindrical metal container.

I use the 266 brush to apply fluidline. But Lumene (sold in CVS) has a great sythetic liner/smudge brush I use for doing more "extreme" (i.e. large winged) eyeliner.

If you're keeping the liner in your bathroom it will dry out faster. The changes in humidity and temperature cause it to dry out WAY fast. Otherwise, probably a year before you notice a difference in the consistency. The best place to store make up is somewhere dark and with fairly constant temperature/humidity.

If you leave it open for a long time - like if it takes you quite awhile to apply your liquidlast, so it's open for several minutes - this will make it dry out faster.

I always turn my fluidlines upside down on a clean piece of toilet paper while I am using them, so the air can't get to them as much. Not sure if this would work for liquidlast though, it might all run out of the tube!

I use the 209 for fluidlines, but I like a thin line that is right by the lashes. The 266 gives too thick of a line for me.
