Live Chat- Gone????

I just went to chat live with an artist and the link is gone. When did this happen? I loved being able to speak with a live person.

when u went to maccosmetics.com there was an option for live chat which allowed u to speak to a mac ma like on a messenger type program... i wansnt aware that it was gone though...

Make sure you're on the US site, the Canadian and other countries don't seem to have that option.

They are only offering live chat from 10am to 10pm EST. Try tomorrow during the day.

Edited cause I just saw that you posted at 4pm when it should have been up. Hmmm, I don't know, the option for live chat is still there for me.

I logged in and THEN I saw the live chat. But when I just opened the page it wasn't there. It was very weird. I don't know what happened with that because I have never had to log in to chat.
