that's so awesome and cost effective! I have like fiddy million tubes of chapstick from Costco...it's not too greasy to use as a base???

well i've tried putting a little bit on my finger and then putting it on my eyes.. but another time I just put the chapstick on my eyes like I was putting it on my lips. lol..I only use it for a base here and there.. not all the time so I don't really notice if it works or not. :/
