use a shadestick or a paint for your eye colour, a power point liner and a pro-long wear lippie. don't forget to wear waterproof mascara.

For really long lasting and smudgeproof eyeliners, try fluidlines and liquidlasts (I have very oily skin and they both don't budge at all even in extreme heat and rain...as well as been dumped into a pool lol)

For lipsticks - you can always try a lipstick sealer (sephora has a few brands that carry this) to put over your fav lipsticks - they are a bit drying so make sure you put on balm, then lipstick, then a thin layer of the sealant.

i suggest using urban decay's primer potion! i use it from the base of my lashes to the mid eye. it really helps any eyeshadows and liners last until it's manually removed! however, when using this, it is hard to blend eyeshadow colors together, but i find that using a wash all over helps.

another thing is to use a mixing medium and any pigments to form a paste to create your own liner! i used a drop of bare escentuals' weather everything liner sealer and mix it with a small amount of bare escentuals shadows or even mac pigments to form a watery paste. then i line my eyes and voila--liner that lasts with a great color! bare escentuals makes a ton of different colors, so it's not hard finding a color to match your eyes for the day. they come in different finishes--eyeshadows, glimpses and glimmers.

bare escentuals also makes a waterproof mascara, weather everything waterproof mascara. it really lasts through anything, crying, allergies, rain, etc. you do kinda need a makeup remover to remove any mascara residue.

If you want to look into some other brands, here ar my favourites:

I love the Almay Amazing Lasting 16 Hour Eye Pencil .
My eyes are moist at times because I wear contact lenses. This eyepencil does not smug or fade and stays on for the whole night!. It is also thick enough to use as a liner.

As a lippie I like Covergirl (outlast) I think, it comes in two parts, first you apply the lippy and let it set than you put clear gloss over the top.
Also like Avon my lip miracle, put powder first than lippie sits good for a long time.

I used to live in an extremely humid city and these never fail me:
-Liquidliner: Bourjois Linear Princeau(HG!)/MAC liquidlast liner
-Foundation: Estee Lauder Doublewear
-Clarins mascara fix
-Nars blush or benetint cheekstain
-Urban Decay primer potion
-MAC prolong wear

I'd go to a theatre makeup shop/Costume shop and pick up some Ben Nye Final Seal,... you mist it on your face,... it sets your MU to last,.. if this can make it last through hot hot spotlights then it can surely make it last through work,.. but I agree with the girls above,.. use a Paint for a base and fluidline eyeliner,.... It should stay all day and then some.
