Hi everyone!
I am trying to realize my dream of working on the education side of the cosmetics industry. If anyone has old training manuals for new hires or ongoing education you'd like to get rid of I'd be very appreciative. I just want to get an idea of how the different counters approach the system of training.
I've worked for two different cosmetic companies as a BA in the past and both were very different in how they trained in the beginning and then with ongoing education. I believe of course the best training is the kind that allows you to "do" so that we develop our skill and remember. But I desperately want to find a way to familiarize myself with the processes that are used.
If anyone knows of any websites that addresses this kind of question please let me know. I haven't been very successful in finding information online and it's not a program that you can get a two year degree on I hope this is okay to ask here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!!!
