I'd go with Shu Uemura. However, you can also try Make Up For Ever's Super Matte Loose Powder or HD Loose Powder, they perform beautifully.

Another vote for Make Up For Ever's Super Matte loose - brilliant stuff.

For me, it's that one or Bare Escentuals Mineral Veil. They are both very lightweight, finely milled and control oil beautifully.
