id get a regular translucent powder, N.Y.C brand has one for no more thant 4 bux i believe, u can get it at Rite Aid, Walgreens n CVS. Hopefully u have one of them in your area.. even Target and Walmart sells the brand. If u happen to have a fan brush it will help sweep the fallout and powder away, then u can proceed to finish up the rest of your face

hope this helps

Honestly? Do your eyes first, clean up fall out and then do the rest of your face... you dont want to waste foundation, concealer and loose powder to some pigment fall-out.
Heavily powdered under-eyes will make you look older ...

But if you do ..then go for a cheap product that is really finely milled and sheer from a drug-store. Use the 184 mac duo fibre brush to wipe away excess...

I don't normally use loose powder for fallout, but when I do, I just use Sally Hansen Cornsilk loose powder. It's what I had from when I wore liquid foundation, so I just use that. When it's gone, I'll probably pick up something else cheap to replace it. No need for something expensive when you're just going to whisk it away anyway. I just use a regular powder brush to brush it away, and I do that after my eyeshadow but before liner and mascara.

Try patting or foiling the pigment on - you get much less fall out this way and wont need to sweep away mess afterwards

I use Cover Girl translucent powder. I think foundation looks better when done before the eyes because the finish is smoother, especially around the eye area. Any cheap powder in your shade will do. I use a big fluffy brush for sweeping it away, works great.
