Clinique gentle light powder is great , it takes the shine away but leaves a glow as well, you get a wee brush with it too x

Chanel Le Poudre Universel Libre, in my opinion, if your skin isn't overly oily.

I use the Chanel loose powder. I think it works really well. It's light and not super matte just enough to keep you looking fresh. I tried the Laura Mercier one and the BE Mineral Veil but those made me feel oily and cakey.

NARS loose powder. Mineral Veil is almost all cornstarch!!!Nars will not settle in your pores. I put NARS loose powder into all my old Mineral Veil containers so that I can take loose powder conveniently everywhere for a touch up (I put a cottonball pad ontop as a mini puff).
I love this loose powder so much that I would not mind being creamated and put in a NARS powder container. It's that good of a quality. Also, their sparling powders like Machu Pichu are beautiful and not garish at all-they look like you are candlelit!
