M.A.C private sales....half of retail price!!

i am so thankful to my dear friend who gave me a tic to the M.A.C private sales.....the sales sold mostly past LE stuff which EL was trying to clear at a deep discount of around 50%...so i got quite a number of stuff which i had missed out except for my select tint which i needed to replace

1. MAC Little madame mineralized e/s
2. MAC whim mineralized e/s
3. MAC noble mineralized e/s
4. MAC free to be eye quad
5. MAC ice irridiscent powder
6. MAC Star! irridiscent powder
7. MAC Ciao, Manhattan lipglass
8. MAC Orangedescent Lipglass
9 MAC select tint (i'm glad i didn't buy a backup of this earlier.)
10. MAC Blacktrack fluidline (i got this from a regular freestanding store..it was not available at the private sale)

I got all these for about $105 USD after the discount. The retail price in my country for all these before discount was about USD$208. nO doubt some of the items are really old...but i was glad to get my hands on the mineralized e/s

What??!!! A MAC Sale??!! Where was the sale? Is this held in the US, Canada, where? Just curious -- never heard of MAC/EL having a 50% off sale or any sale for that matter (excluding CCOs).

eh..i'm from asia. The private sales is mainly for EL's staff...they give tics to their staff and media whom they have contacts with...

one of my friend's friend is working in EL so that's how she got the tickets to the private sale.

Those sales are sweet! Glad you had fun. Nice haul. Those Mineralize eyeshadows aren't from Madame B., they are from Rococo in '04. So hey, even better find!
