MAC Blackened Gold Reflex Glitter

I was reading about MAC backstage at Fashion week on makeupbag.net and under the section about Monique Lhuillier they said that the artist used "MAC's new Blackened Gold Reflex Glitter". It also comes in colors like Rouge Reflex Glitter and Copper Reflex Glitter.

Does anyone know any information as to when these will be released. I assume that they are a pro item but they were not on the pro site.

I am a huge MAC glitter lover and blackened gold sounds gorgeous! TIA for any info!

ya backstagers are the first to get macs working products... they are using paint pots already too... dont know when these will be released though...

If they're talking about new Reflects glitter, then YAY!!! Those are by far the best glitters on the market

They're a pro product... they're clear and "reflect" a certain color. So... "reflects red"... reflects red. But it's not a red glitter, its only red when the light hits it. Not Reflex like Duran Duran.... reflects as in shines back... Clear as mud?

After reading the article I do not think they are not referring to the regular reflects line that's available now. The blackened gold is mentioned as well as copper and rouge. I can't wait to see these.

OOOOOH.
New ones would be very cool indeed. I love these - they only show up when the light hits them - as opposed to having the mark of chunk glitter. Not a word about it at Update though. I wish they'd sort of "bulk send" us copies of any good articles to the counter. Helps us not look at customers like a stunned llama (a look I am fabulous at.)

I just called the MAC Pro line and the woman said this is a new addition to the existing 'reflects glitter' line. She said it's like the existing reflects glitter but they reformulated it to make it even better (which worries me slightly since I like it just the way it is).....and that it comes out in July and there will be 'a bunch' of new colors.

We hardly get much info re: any new pro products at update so I wonder if we will really hear about it when it comes out. These sound relly nice. I have all the rest and these would be a great addition.
