MAC Counter vs. MAC Store makeover

My prom is coming up and I need to book an appointment to get my makeup done. The mall I'm going to has both a MAC counter in The Bay and also a MAC store itself and I'm REALLY not sure which one is better to book an appointment at! Any suggestions would help so much!

i think it really depends on the makeup artist that you make your appointment with...i've had great experiences at both counters as well as stores...and store vs counter doesn't seem in my opinion to factor in as much as the artist's knowledge, ability to work with the customer, and their rapport with you!
