MAC Deck of Cards

Did the MAC Deck of Cards come in a book and cards or just a set of playing cards?

There was both.

A book of the full size images, and a deck of cards with the images.

The book seems to be rarer; card sets pop up semi-regularly on ebay but the book is much harder to find.

People have also broken the deck of cards up and auctioned individual cards rather than the pack, so you can pick up cards for only a few dollars.
