You can pair Comet Blue d/g with Lustering l/s, Russian Red l/s, Fashion Mews l/s, or if you have All's Fair l/s that came out with BBR, you can pair with that too.

I lost my dazzleglass virginity yesterday as my boyfriend bought me rags to ritches! I love the color, it was my favourite one of the bunch. I just wish it wasn't sticky. The stickyness is the reason I try to avoid mac lipglasses, but this one is worth it!
I also have my eyes on stepping out, and fantabulous but I will get those when I finish at least one of the lipglosses I allready have.

Suprisingly my tube didn't have any bubble, and I opened it at the store to make sure it wasn't bubbly.

we won't exchange em for this reason. they're all pretty much like that, so it'd not only be pointless but a waist of money to exchange em for another one that's probably gonna have the same bubbles.

Well if they are all like that at your counter, I would just exchange it for a different product. They are not ALL bubbly though, like I said before mine doesn't have bubbles at all. Maybe some stores got really bad batches. It's still a defective product that should go back to MAC in my opinion! But if you you are ok with keeping it, it's your choice. I wouldn't be though.

Also, if enough people returned or were allowed to return the ones which were more filled with bubbles than they are with product stating that as the reason. Maybe MAC will work harder to produce ones without so many bubbles next time around! Thankfully my mac store lets you return anything for whatever reason...

If by versatile you mean a product that would pair well with most lippies, I would recommend any of the following:
Sugarrimmed (milky pink gloss with multi-colored glitter; looks good over any l/s)
Bare Necessity (quoting my MA: this is a pretty neutral gloss color, but the glitters make it unique)
Rags To Riches (a pale lilac shade that has some crazy amount of glitter in it)
Baby Sparks (baby pink gloss; I love the blue glitter particles in it)

They're not 'strong' colors, so they should be pretty easy to pair with l/s, or can be worn alone too but these are pretty sheer (depends on your lip pigmentation).

Just my personal opinion.

Extra Amps if you are a fan of pink dazzleglasses.

Like others have said I love comet blue d/g over bright pink lipsticks like fun n sexy, hollywood nights, show orchid, etc.

I am going to have to try comet blue over a red lipstick like MrsMay said. I bet it would be HOT over queen's sin or my most favorite red lipstick Chanel's Sparkling Red.

I just received Extra Amps and it is gorgeous! Definitely a fave but my most versatile dazzleglass is Baby Sparks.

You're not kidding! On my pigmented lips RtoR looks like pure frost, really....very different than my other DGs This was the only DG I got without the big bubble BTW.

Good luck! This year's palettes are truly gorgeous (I know I'm starting to sound like a broken record, having already ardently expressed my love for them in the Trip Collection thread). However, be careful not to accidentally buy the old Trip palettes, cause the were mostly a compilation of the least interesting, chalkiest eyeshadows MAC has ever come up with (yes, Cool eyes palette, I'm looking at you!)

Back to topic. I have to say that my biggest surprise was the Dazzle lash mascara (in Europe it was intoduced for the first time with the DD collection). Since mascaras are not really known to be MAC's forte, my expectations were set quite low on this one. But the second I put it on, It became my HG
heart.gif
. And I've never given that title to a mascara, not ever (and belive me, I've tried loads). My lashes are very dark and fairly dense, but with almost no natural curl and of medium length. Volume is therefore not my priority, I'm after definition, separation and a lifting/curling effect. Most mascaras just clumped my lashes (diminishing the natural volume) and lowered them (probably because they were to 'wet' & 'heavy') almost to the point of obscuring my view
thmbdn.gif
. Lucky for me, Dazzle lash delivers by beautifully separating the lashes and nicely lifting them up (though I wouldn't go as far as saying that it has the same effect as an eyelash curler). The wand is so small and precise that it captures even the tiniest of lashes. God... Gotta stop. I'm starting to sound like and infomercial
lol.gif
. So, if you find yourself in my description, I'd highly recommend giving it a go.

I think the glittery-ness or frostiness is what draws some people to Rags To Riches though.

I just bought these, so I haven't tried them on yet. But I thought it swatched so glitterily pretty on my hand that I just had to have it.

I just bought Rags to Riches and Smile. I havent worn my RtR yet, I bought it last year and it smelled. But I wore Smile over Lollipop Loving and I loved it. It was super shiny, glittery, peachy, corally.

I love dazzleglasses but I will probably stock up if/when MAC has another Friends and Family sale, because they are too damn expensive. I hardly use my dazzleglasses because I dont want them to run out. Ive never run out of a dazzleglass yet. I really want just about all of the dazzleglasses except Goldyrocks (if it was super warm and yellow id buy it) and the bright pink and red ones.

I'm afraid of running out of my dazzleglasses too, I use them sparingly.

Goldyrocks is very very sheer though. There is hardly any color to it, just the glitter. I believe there will be better gold lipglosses coming out with the other collections.

Goldyrocks is gorgeous! I just went through one tube and I have another one in which I won't use. I can't wait for the F&F sale next month to stock up on dazzleglasses as well as eyeshadows and brushes.
