I just spoke with my FSS they said they were unpacking for the release on mon. I called to make sure my style black items were there and had held since I told them I would be coming in today to pick them up but I feel asleep and couldn't go. so I told her i'd be there mon morning.

It's so sad that I am stalking the website waiting for the greasepaint V. I ordered Feline already and want Blood Red.

I think it will be Monday because some are saying that invites for the Holiday collection are Oct. 6.

Uh, yeah, you really do. I got to try it out last Thursday cause my MA is amazing and I have to say it is the smoothest, longest lasting black liner everywhere. I plan to buy several for backups.

I played with the greasepaints sticks today too. I think the violet one may be worth owning as a base for Young Punk and other purples but I have enough paints in the blue family that the blue one didn't allure me.

The other stuff is MEH, except maybe the Blood Red, which looks like nothing I own, except maybe Queen's Sin. I'd love to see a swatch of those two together. Well, on second thought, the nude pink looks nice too.

I dont know how people like my brother do all their shopping online! I hate the wait lol And besides i like going out and shopping, especially if its because i just want to, and not because im doing it last minute.

I guess my store is correct then....I called again tonight b4 they closed and spoke to the Mgr...she said unless something happens on Monday we were told again the release date is not until Oct 1st...and this is a Pro Store so i would have thought they would be lauchching early if everyone else is...Oh well I will just hold on to my money a few days longer

I have a few wants but I am not as anxious as I was with SB...so I can wait

I was going to run up to my FSS tomorrow and haul some stuff, but I will hold off now b/c I really want some stuff from this collection. I hope the other two greasepaints are as awesome as the SB one and I want blood red lipstick. What's the word on the lip erase? Does it really work and does it interfere with your lipstick? I love the idea, but I am skeptical.

I have had the lip erase for sometime...I like it....it works and sets really well on me...But I rarely use it because my lips are unpigmented so don't know what the hell I bought it for anyway. But I do like that it sets after like a minute so it does not move around when you apply your l/s or gloss

My MA was kind enough to let me see the collection!
I didn't get to play around with it too much, but the two lipsticks reminded me of the ones from BBR, nude rose was similar to marquise d', marquise d' seemed a little more opaque, and the other berry one was similar to all's fair. at least on my hand LOL

sadly, they aren't.

as for the lip erase, i love it! to be honest, i use it alone for a super nude lip. i haven't done a gloss or lipstick over it, cuz my lips are pretty pale to begin with. this just makes em even more pale-the same colour as my face.

^^^well, you know how the black one is a solid black base (with the purple shimmer), but a solid base nonetheless? well, these are more of an invisible base with glitter??? there's no solid base to them at all. when you smudge the black one, you get supa dupa blackness, thru and thru. well, with these you don't. they are pretty with the glitter in them, they just won't make a smokey look like the black one does.

they might be awesome, but since i like super smokey i might be biased against them.

Well I think I may just pick up another Black one...I was on the fence anyway because I have the Purple and Marine Chromalines which I rarely use...so I was thinking why add another blue or purple base...I have Rave and the Blue liner so I am prob set as far as that goes But I will take a look when I go in Thursday and hopefully they will be a pass...

I'm not really into the smokey look for myself, but if all it is is glitter, then I need to pass. However, looking at the swatches, I was pretty excited (for the purple one at least). I need to swatch these myself. I just hate the not knowing. I'm like a kid at christmas time who's trying to figure out where mom and dad hid the goodies.
