No, MAC employees are not eligible for the Back2MAC program.

They are also not permitted to re-sell products they purchase or recieve as gratis, doing so can in fact be cause for termination of employ.

I'm curious as to how an employer would ever find out that employees were selling items etc. I suppose the ones that do mostly get away with it.

MAC is extremely watchful about this, as it is a major issue within the company. They do watch ebay for gratis items showing up there, as well as monitor purchase habits.

Since employees are not entitled to B2M, most of them just give their empties to someone else. MAC may or may not approve of this, but they look the other way. Selling, though... nope!

I am sure she is aware of this, as are all EL employees - are you trying to get her in trouble? I mean this is someones job, and yes they ARE doing something wrong but its a gray area, I mean, its not harmful. They didnt hurt anyone.

I would just not purchase anything from her, but to tell her counter manager is really below the belt personally.
