MAC events in Australia?

Does anyone know if Australia has events like the US does for when the collections come out?

Just go to the counter and ask when you know they're going to be having them... like go ask now to go to the lure one if you're interested... You'll have to pay $85 straight up though, but thats redeeemable in products...

Yep. The $85 is redeemable in product, plus a make-up (either consisting of products you like or items from a collection) and nibblies and a glass of bubbly.

there's one happening at the sydney DJS store
one on june 8th sold out
but june 22nd is still available
if i weren't so broke i would've went!
i think mac artists are talented they amaze me

Would someone be able to tell me when these events are on? Are they on whenever something new comes out? Or is it for select collections only?

*thinks* On that note, i know it's a bit early, but do you guys think there would be any around christmas? It sounds like the PERFECT present for a friend of mine whose birthday is around the same time... That, and i'd love to go with her

I think i might go around seeing if there are any signs up at the mac places in Sydney, but I don't think i've ever noticed one before. Would you happen to remember what the upcoming one was for?
