MAC Fix+

Hi, many girls like this MAC stuff and i would buy me one bottle. I have one question. Should i only spray on my face or how can i use fix+? What'y with my eyes? Is it a Toner or only a sort holiday for face? please tell me more about fix+. i have check out the MAC Reviews already, but can you give me more informations?
