Im really angry.
Well, after much waiting I placed my colourcraft order online the day it appeared. I had originally planned on going to the store, but I wanted to avoid the crowds and make sure 100% I got what I wanted (what I wanted being most Colourcrafted lipstick).
So on black box day, i literally ripped the box open & my heart sank when I realised an item was missing, it said shipped on the despatch note, but was not in there. I had the tissue paper out & everything. And which item did they forgot to include, Colourcrafted!!!
So I called them to let them know & spoke to a gentleman who at the time seemed helpful. He checked they were in stock after I told him I was concerned it maybe out of stock (3-4 days after I placed my order mind you) and said there were a few left and he would send one out to me. This was last Tuesday (14th).
Well im still waiting so I decided to call them and check it had actually been sent (luck is not generally on my side ever). I spoke to a lady this time who said “she had an inkling it was out of stock” I KNOW THAT!!!. So they are going to make sure I get refunded L I don’t want the bloody money. I guess being extra careful worked against me.
I kindly explained to her, I placed my order long before it sold out (and even phoned them to let them know before it sold out) that its not my fault that it was omitted from my package. But theres “nothing she can do” they must have a few hanging around somewhere for promo purposes or incase they make these stupid mistakes. I dont appreciate being lied to "ill get one sent out for you" oh really?!
Im not a happy bunny. I hope this has never happened to anybody else.
Im off to ebay now to buy a replacement for probably £10 more than I had originally paid.
Now I know I am a fully fledged MAC addict if Im this annoyed, oh no.
