I agree. I'm not a CCB lover. They perplex me...I just can't quite figure them out, nor understand why they exist...I mean, here are the uses:
Eye base.... GOT IT, paints, paint pots, shadesticks...
Cheeks ...... GOT IT, Cream blush
Face masks/pro use/face art...GOT IT, Chromacakes, Paint sticks

I mean, damn, half of them you can't even use near your eyes, the other half you cant use near your lips.
lol, I need to relax.

Sorry, back to the boob.

I have a couple and I've used them for e/s base. I have to be really careful not to use too much, otherwise my e/s will crease...and I still have to use UDPP underneath. Neither of these two CCBs interest me. Crushed Bougainvillea is pretty, but I'd never use it. And the other is just plain ugly.

I dunno what I would use it for either!! I agree about the cheeks 100%...thats exactly why I'm hesitant to use the CCB's on my cheekers.

Yes, it's a flower. Well, a flowering bush. I have a beautiful Bogan-howeveryouspellit bush outside my family room window and I LOVE with it is blooming. They come in very bright, vibrant colors. Mine is a dark fuschia purple and my neighbor has one the same color as the CCB. It's a great name for a product of that color, though lots of people have no idea what the hell it is. I'll admit that I had never heard of it before I moved to Florida. Apparently, these bushes are more common in tropical climates.

Thats cool. I wonder if they are in GA? You could get the CCB for your plant! Then you can paint it up to match your neighbor's!

hahaha and then you could post a POTD. (Plant of the day) WOW...damn, I'm done.

I've used the Pearl for that a few times. So would y'all use the Crushed Boughvavavavanilla on your cheeks?? like as a cream blush?

I love Virgin Isle CCB as a blush, so I'm hoping I could use this one for that purpose as well. I've also found CCBs to be a great base for a red or pink lippie.

So... I'm not going to lie. I want it all. I just don't know at this point, as the Cult is my very good friend, I need clothes and there's still Manish, too! GAH.

I also have to say I didn't realize that so few people knew what bougainvillea is! Wacky.

I think the crushed bougainvillea could be a lot of fun for really over the top blush, coming down the cheekbones.

I'll have to see what kind of damage I do buying clothes in the next bit. Hee.

I agree! I work for MAC and I still don't know how to use them!

They're super frosty and wet, so they don't really work as an eye base.

They get cakey and weird on the face, so they're not really very good for cheek color or artistry.

I just wish someone would show me something AMAZING that can only be achieved with a Cream Colour Base!!

and yea.. i can't believe only few here know of the bougainvillea, but then again, I'm originally from the Philippines, which is a tropical country so that's probably the only reason why I know of it
yes.gif
we have a huge bush of it outside on my family's frontyard

I second the whole- show me something that can ONLY be achieved with a CCB.... I have Shell that I use as an eyeshadow base-- but only when i want an added "sparkle" as shell is kinda glittery.... my MA when i first got it (for about 6 months i seriously looked at it and said "wtf.. what IS this? why did i buy this????) told me to use it as a highlight but geeeeeeeeeeeeeze.... i wanted virgin isle ccb to use as a blush but... idunno....
