MAC MSF Natural vs UD De-Slick Powder.

I'm looking for a pressed powder that I can use on the go, or on days where I'm too lazy to put anything else on.

I was using that Maybelline mineral pressed powder, but it started to get WAY too dark and I think it made me break out. I also use L'oreal Translucide loose powder, which is basically white. It actually gives me some coverage, and since I'm so pale, it doesn't look like I'm wearing anything.

I don't want a powder foundation, I just want a pressed powder that will give a little coverage and tone down the shine I sometimes get in my T-zone.

MAC appeals to me because I like the idea of a more 'dewy' looking face powder, plus I imagine it would give more coverage out of the two. However, I'm not sure it would be light enough.

UD appeals because it's a white powder made for mattifying. I'm so pale that it would look natural and tone down shine, but I'm not sure how much coverage it would actually give.

So any advice for choosing between the two? Or recommend an entirely different option. Bear in mind that I am super pale.

I would most definately suggest MAC first. The MSF natural is my HG powder. It stops shine while not making you look flat matte and it does give you some coverage. If you can I would suggest going to a MAC counter and trying on the powder to see if its light enough for you. If its not the right color then try the UD powder. I havent heard many reviews on the UD but its worth a shot. Maybe also try Cornsilk translucent powder. I swore by this powder until I discovered MAC. HTH

I love the MAC MSF natural. Coverage is light and it looks very natural. Buuuuut I've heard that it might be a bit too fragile to be toting around in your purse all the time..If you want something a little more sturdy, MAC's Select Sheer Pressed Powder is also great.

I would pass on the UD de-slick. It's cute but it offers no coverage and doesn't even do that great of a job keeping the oils way

I've had both.. UD really does not compare to MSFN
UD de slick broke me out. :/ my skin almost never reacts to products like that.
MSFN doesn't control oil well, but it does look veryy very nice on the skin.

Do you think MSFN would be pale enough though? Or would that depend on the application method?
