MAC + honey-scented body products = yum.


This has one of the best promo images evah!

While we don't have the full product details yet, based on what's available so far, I am guessing this will be the annual summer skin/body product line for '09. Kind of in the vein of Glam Gams, Lady Sol, Bait, Sunstrip, Future Earth and the like. This collection makes me think of UD's Honey Body Powder which is amazingly gorgeous and delish!

That sounds interesting, and the promo is gorgeous but I honestly have never purchased anything from the summer body collections. :/

I'm excited. The collection this year, Neo Sci-fi and co, was hot! But yup, I didn't buy the body scrub too. Got the lip balm and exfoliator, which is great!

I am guessing there will be lotions, lip conditioners, and some sort of shimmer/bronzer liquid (that looks like what is dripping all over her).

OMG....You know what I want to see? Does anyone remember the MAC Creations Shower Gel and Lotion? I want a matching honey-scented lotion and shower gel!

I wasn't overly impressed by Future Earth, as the VAE stained my skin and was really too rough for me as a facial exfoliator. IMO (and I'm prob the only one who thinks this) while I adore MAC's cosmetics, I don't consider MAC a skincare authority. Most of their products are hyped up and really not "miracle" products, as sometimes they claim. In fact, most of it I think is probably not really the best for your skin, even though they advertise it as something you have to have or you'll die! LOL.

And although the promo image is stunning, I'm not a honey fan, so I doubt I'll be getting much from this collection.

i get moisturizers and a few things like strobe cream and lip conditioner from MAC but i definitely do not consider them my go-to for skincare solutions. if i run out of makeup remover or cleanser or something i'm not scared to go get some neutrogena, haha.

now about this collection. the promo is gorgeous, like holy crap gorgeous. but honey scents are very hard to do just the right way.. sometimes it can be too overwhelming and fake smelling.. especially in a product like lotion.. i'm gonna say i'll be passing on this unless anything jumps out at me

It's a hot promo pic. I hope the collections is just as exciting
