I went to my MAC counter today to get Fix+ [encountered the most gorgeous guy on earth!] and the collection is released on the 6th of Feb here. I was trying to ask about it and they JUST got the collection in today and the guy had no clue about what colours or whatever I was talking about. And they ran out of Fix+

That's a tough one... TF was kinda "blah" to me when I received my online order, but I ended up picking one up with far less brown and more purple to it and now I love it so much more! But, of your 3 choices... CA and Daylight were my initial top 2 picks. So, just based on my first impressions alone, I'd go for those 2. PLUS, I've been hearing people are also wearing Daylight as a blush! I LOVE when I can multi-task my products! So, that would make Daylight a shoe-in for me.

I am still not fully decided on what to get from this collection and it's coming out here in a few days!

I definitely want A Perfect Day lipstick and Early Morning blush, and I'm skipping the MSFs (I already have both), the lipglasses, and probably the other lipsticks. It's the MES that I'm struggling to decide on. I was only going to get one (or two max) but I can't choose between Twilight Falls, Cloudy Afternoon and Daylight. What does everyone think? Please help me choose - I really can't get all 3 because I want to save for Vera and Shop/Cook!

There used to be THEE HOTTEST MUA at one of my MAC counters (haven't seen him in a LONGGGGG time) but I swear I got comfortable enough with him to jokingly ask him for a sperm donation! He was THAT hot! NO LIE!! LOL We got chummy enough where I could go in the store and call him "my sperm donor!"

I am ready to fall off my MAC wagon big time!! I got my first real salary payment since finishing Uni and am ready to splurge! When does this launch UK? I thought it went live this am? I am stalking the mac site :eyelove:

Just my opinion, Ruby, but with your red hair and pretty green eyes I'd go for Cloudy Afternoon, if you could only pick one.

But it also depends what you already have in your stash. The online swatches of it look similiar to Dalliance (but greyer).

You may want to think about what might be dupes that you already own.....

I skipped Twilight Falls since I have a ton of brown shadows already and would only use it for the crease....

I think Cloudy Afternoon is the most different from anything else I own so I should definitely get that. I just hope it has enough brown/taupe in it because I struggle a bit with straight up silver/grey eyeshadows. Dalliance is one of my favourites though so if it's anything like that I'll be all over it!

Twilight Falls looks lovely, but I do have a lot of browns (both Naked palettes plus a bunch of MAC shadows) so I probably don't *need* it. I also have a load of pinks/purples/plums, but I do think Daylight looks kind of unique...

There are new mineralize duo shadows showing up, too - Sweet & Sour, Fresh Mint, Water & Ice, Joy & Laughter. There are no pictures of them yet, though. Also Young Punk, Blue Flame etc. are showing up under eyeshadows

I love my Cloudy Afternoon. I usually don't go for grays because I'm warmer, but it's got enough green and gold in it to make it look so creamy looking. I wore it yesterday with Shale in the crease. Pretty. It almost made my brown eyes look lighter and sort of gold.

Oh wow, that sounds completely amazing! I bet it looked so pretty. It's also made me happier that its slightly warmer as since I dyed my hair a rich a brown colour, my skin seems a bit warmer and super cool colous don't look as good anymore!

CA is much more grey on me than Dalliance, which is tricky on me as it is very gold. I like CA much, much more as it is cooler/greyer. But with all the MES it will definitely depend on the veining. TF is a very skippable color IMO. Daylight was very pink on me, but that again depends on the veining.

I'm really curious, because a friend got me TF and the brush in the US - I'll meeting her next weekend, but I can't wait to get my goodies!
