This month's issue features Sanaa Lathan on the cover wearing MAC cosmetics. They mentioned Nylon Frost, Shadowy Lady and Carbon eyeshadows for the eyes with C-Thru Lipglass and Hug Me Lipstick for the lips.

i love nip/tuck!!! dr. christian troy (julian McMahon) is so freakin hot!!! it's also nice to see celebrities wearing mac and mac getting mentioned in magazines, but i wonder if they really do use what they say they use everyday or is it just for publicity?? Like do you really believe that Sanaa Lathan uses mac everyday and only mac??

Uh, no. Like I said it's just for the cover look. Every magazine does that (like Lucky). But I have heard of celebrities that use MAC on the regular. We all use something different.

i wonder what celebrities use mac everyday (or atleast often). its a great compliment to mac that a celebrity (who has mega money and can afford very expensive brands) would use mac that i personally consider to be a great low price.

Well sometimes we tend to think all celebrities spare no expense in buying things but they’re regular people just like us. I’ve heard of celebs that shop at thrift stores and everything.

here's a side note, that my boyfriend actually pointed out. on last night's episode, when Mrs. Grubman was in the office, her nurse left the room to "go read the newest issue of ESSENCE". definitely product placement kickback LOL.
