MAC primer confusion

I went on the MAC livechat to ask about the Studio Moisture Fix moisturiser which states that it "preps skin for makeup" which made me think that I might not need Prep and Prime.

The MA said:

"I highly recommend applying one pump of our Prep + Prime Skin before your Studio Fix for the smoothest look and texture possible."

but THEN said

"Apply Prep + Prime Skin after moisturizer and before foundation or other face makeup products."

Which is it, before or after? lol

She also mentioned that the Oil Conrol Lotion might be helpful for my combination skin, so I decided to get that as well as the Studio Fix for my extra oily days - but where would that fit in?

I'm all confused!! lol

You apply moisturiser first, which would be the Studio Moisture Fix. Then apply Prep+Prime. Then apply foundation. When she said apply Prep+Prime before Studio Fix she was probably referring to Studio Fix Foundation, not Studio Moisture Fix. Always moisturiser before anything else. If it's a hot, humid day I would use the Oil Control and maybe stick with Studio Moisture Fix in fall/winter? Hope this helps.
