I don't think that they are a needed item, just my opinion though. They can be applied on lips, eyes ( I believe they are all eyesafe, please correct if I am wrong) or as a highlighter on the face and body. If you have pigments you can make similar products by mixing pigment with clear gloss. I also like mixing the Skinfinishes (except stereo rose, I believe this is not for lips or eyes) in gloss or lip condition for custom colors. Metal Rock makes a beautiful lipcolor. Just scrape a teensy bit off with a spatula and mix the products until you get the desired color and texture.

I really like Duo Rose and HoneyBeige. I mainly use them on my lips but they can work all over the face. They are a multi-use product. I've used Duo as a blush highlighter and Honeybeige on eyes a few times.

Duo rose is a MLBB color.

I only have those 2 colors but I am looking to get a few more.
BTW way Duo Rose I think is LE. I am thinking about getting a back up.

The other colors I want are: Rosy Coral (LE), Clear Pink, Ruby Red, Gold Gloss, Suntan Gloss, Violet Gloss (LE), and for some reason I want Chartreuse.

I have Suntan, Violet, Guava and Enriched Gold. I love the first three as lip colors and the last one is a gift that I'm still working on using.
