Hey guys! I came across this look when I was browsing through the Nars products on Sephora and I instantly fell in love! It's a smokey eye look, but instead of using mostly blacks & greys like a classic smokey eye, it uses mostly browns with a little bit of black for added definition. I had heard that Nars eyeshadows weren't that great, so I was wondering what products from MAC would be similar or identical to the colors used in this look? Also, I am of Asian descent (Vietnamese-Chinese) with double-lids, but my eyes are slightly different compared to many Asians because my tear ducts aren't prevalent--they're covered over by a bit of skin on the inner corners. So I was wondering how would I apply a highlighter to the inner corners? Should I just go around the skin that covers the tear duct (how it's generally done on Caucascian eyes as tear ducts are prevalent) and go about the inner corners, or should I also apply a highlighter on that bit of skin that covers the tear ducts. I'm also wondering how should I go about in applying this look? I noticed that this look doesn't have a lot of blending or various colors applied, and that the model's eyelids aren't that large, so it shouldn't be too difficult to do on Asian eyes. But I'm wondering if there are any tips or strategies which will make it easier to apply the look? Thanks!
