Mac samples

Hi!! I did a search and did not find any threads related so.. I'm new to MAC.. just a few months.. I will Buying a foundation soon and I've read many times people saying that they got samples of pigments.. is this something MAC always does? i just want to be sure that they do and it's ok to ask for them.. I do not want to look like a fool.. so.. thanks!

We can give you skin care samples to make sure you don't break out if you're of sensitive skin. But as far as pigment samples, we do not give those out.

There was a problem with people selling samples on e-bay, some obtain from MAC stores, and also I feel that pigment a little goes a long way.
So we don't do those samples at all.

You could try buying samples? Cheryl Shiny Eyes has authentic pigments and she's pretty popular among pigment sample vendors...
