Mac "Shadows" Shipping Code

Did anybody try out this shipping code today? It is (was!) supposed to be free standard shipping + a Pro Eye Makeup Remover sample. I got the email around noon and tried to order at 1ish. When I placed my order for the Beauty Balm, I could apply the code but the free sample was not showing up. When I tried a bit later, I received this message: Sorry, Pro Eye Makeup Remover Sample - 6 ml provided by offer code shadows is no longer available. How annoying is that? Did they only have like 5 samples? Why offer samples if you can't get hold of them... Oh well, at least I can be sure that Mac will send out another promo code soon.

ok, that is just dumb! but not surprising

They have the name of one of the duos wrong in the email blast about the duos - mix & switch is what it should be, not mix & match

Anyhow - I just bought Mix & Switch last week & love it - its beautiful on. And, the formulation is AMAZING on - one of the best yet. I may get Heaven & Earth - very pretty in person
