MAC Technakohl vs Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner

Which has more staying power? I hear things about the technakohl smudging and breaking when you try to use it... has this happened to any of you? I have oily lids so I need something that won't travel. Obviously, the Revlon one is cheaper, but if the technakohl is better (or equal) then that's what I want! lol. Thanks in advance.

*For use on lower and upper lash line

I have had problems working with the technakohl. It smudges on me like none other, I can't get it to stay on for more than a couple of hours, and I have tried setting it and everything. I have never tried the Revlon one but I have heard fairly good things about it.

Revlon Colorstay just didn't do what it said it would do for me. I bought it after I read all the reviews and it goes on nicely but it smudges and fades on my waterline after a few hours. My mom wears the Almay long wear eyeliner and it's pretty nice.

^I never really line my waterline because it makes my eyes look small and always ends up in my tear duct... did you ever use it just below the lashline? If so, how did that work out for you?

I never have technakohl smudging or breaking on me. So far, that's like my HG liner. I haven't found anything that can beat techakohl.

I have the Revlon Colorstay, and I find it stays a little creamy --- it never seems to fully set. You have to be careful not to touch your eyes or it will smudge. It also tends to transfer from my upper lid down to my lower...

I have oily lids and watery eyes.
