Please can someone help, i am trying to get hold of some MAC water based mixing solution that makes eye shadow/dust in to Liquid Eyeliner. I am in the UK, and cant find anywhere that sells it

just a hint.... urban decays eyeshadow transforming potion in my opinion works just as well. especially for loose stuff.
