mac wipes

Is it okay to use MAC wipes in place of make up remover? I've used them in the store to take off foundation, but how do they work for eye make up? Would they irritate my eyes at all?

I use the wipes everyday to remove my make-up including my eye make-up. I've been told that it could irritate your eyes if you rub to hard because they have sugar on them, I don't know if that's right but I've never had a problem and I rub fairly aggressively.

I asked my fav MA about using them as make-up remover and cleanser, because the cleansers can be so harsh on my skin and really dry it out, and she said that thats what they are made for. To remove make-up, dirt, and grime. Sounds ucky huh, but they work for me....EVEN with my fluidline. I love them and cant live without them!

Just wondering, I have acne-prone oily skin, did these wipes break anyone out (if used as a makeup remover all over the face) - they seem sort of oily/slippery when I use them on my hands at the store

My MA told me they are a disaster for sensitive skin. I have dry sensitive skin and she uses the Gently Off on me, even though the wipes are much easier.
