MACkity MAC - Don't Talk Back!! ~ Two Looks **PIC HEAVY**

I got my make-over at MAC today.

I think what I wore looked pretty cool. The MUA didn't say anything about it. *sniff sniff* Oh well. She was very sweet and did a pretty good job - it was a bit too much for me in some areas, and she didn't use a primer on my eye lids, so the e/s had started to come off before I even got to take pictures. Also, it looks fine in the pics, but the foundation color was too dark. I had the make-up mask going on!

So, two looks for y'all today!!

Dude, that mascara she used made my eyelashes look a million miles long! But they were kinda spidery. Meh. OHH and I got some lash primer, a 208 brush, and Flirt 'N Tease blush! YAY!!!

Oh, gosh....
To be honest, I really like them both. I /really/ like the look you did yourself today...like it's up there with my faves for you. And your lippy is beautiful in this one, too.

But I also really like what she did to you (other than the whole eyelid/primer issue). I think the mascara is a little overdone, but just a little (it just looks a little chunky, I hate that when it happens to me!) And I love the way she shaded your eyelids, and the colors she used...and the way she shaped your lips. Your eyes pop.

Thanks so much!! And yeah, she really did a great job with the shadows! I wish I'd gone and taken pictures right away instead of walking around for awhile. Because it was seriously VERY pretty! I'd love to get my hands on that mascara and try it myself - see if I could get it a bit less chunky because MAN it made my lashes look SOOOOOO long!

Gorgeous Julie! I think your look was smokin' hot today & what she did was gorgeous as well...except for the mascara thing. It does look a little "spidery" haha! That sucks she didn't use a primer too....I wonder why not?? Anyway, you look great in both looks

i agree with carly, i like the look that you did so much better than the one the mac girl did. ive noticed that too that the girls never put any sort of eye primer on when they do my makeup, but they do put some of that paintpot down as a base for the eyeshadow. and as far as pictures go, i always have my digital camera in my bag because i never know what i am going to see that is worth taking a picture of. there are some pretty crazy things that can happen in jacksonville.

I love them both-the eyeliner from the MAC seems a little hard on you though....YOUR look however is super amazing! Those colors bring out your gorgeous eyes!! Love it!

I thought she would at least use a paint or paintpot or something. She was very sweet, but she seemed way disinterested in what she was doing, really.

Thanks!! The stuff I use as a primer is called Monistat Chafing Relief Powder Gel. It has almost the same ingredients as Smashbox's face primer. It works great!!
