Hey all! So I was called back after I applied online for the Beauty Advisor position at Macy's! I'm REALLY eager to see how the interview goes, but kind of nervous. This is a GROUP interview, and I've never had one! I've always been to the one-on-one type of interview, and am not quite sure what to expect. I'm only 19, and I'm expecting to see other women with more experience in the beauty industry or retail industry than me there, so I'm feeling a little uneasy. I know I could be a great advisor, and I have the confidence to do well, but I'm just nervous about my 'competition.' Has anyone been to a group interview? Or more specifically, a MACY's interview? Help! eep!
