MAD @ MAC haul!

Only last week I bought my lighsweep/shadester powder. And I opened it up yesterday and it was all CRUMBLED UP! I was SO upset, it had become my new obsession and I was taking such good care of it.
What makes me mad is the fact that it was two separate distinct colours and now its just a jumble, if it were a solid powder compact I wouldn't have minded as much. And what really tops it off is that my $6 crappy a** Rimmel blush is in perfect condition along with my 2 yr old IMAN powder which I both take poor care of.
As a 14 yr with very little money each Mac product I buy is precious, both my mom and friends gave me sh*t for not using my money 'wisely' and I had to convince them it was a good investment, now what I'm I supposed to say. I feel so ripped off.. Is there anything I can do? Like get a replacement?

Well if you haven't used it already or you didn't drop it, I would bring it back and say it just crumbled.

That is really weird! The only time I have ever had anything crumble on me is when I botch a depot job, or when my cheap ass powder hits pan for a while.

I did end up taking it back and I got a replacement, she even took it out to show me it was perfect. I'm going to treat it like it's god now. tehehe
